Playing it Safe.

Everybody wants to reach for greatness. Which is great! Incentive is great! To be busy; to be rewarded for hard work; to be at the top of your game, is great. But if one is always at the top, how does one know, if they rarely see the bottom? I strive for the moderate. For the mediocre. For safety. 

Can balance really be achieved? Can we catch ourselves on a bad day, and speculate – within our own minds – how bad is this really? I am not starving. People are starving in Afghanistan. Literally. How bad, really, is my day?
